If your order includes items from multiple designers, they will be shipped separately. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and grouped by designer, with a clear breakdown of the total delivery cost shown before payment.

Delivery fees are based on the size, weight, and origin of each item, as well as the delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout. For exceptionally large or delicate pieces, our team may contact you within one to two business days with a bespoke shipping quote.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If there is an issue with your delivery or item, please contact support@noodmude.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and any relevant details or photographs. We will work with the designer and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.

Due to the handcrafted or made-to-order nature of many items, noodmude does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
