Orders and Payments
All prices are shown in local currency and include VAT where applicable. Once payment has been successfully processed, your order is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details. Payments are processed securely through our checkout. noodmude does not store your payment information.

Newsletter Sign-Up Discount
Customers who subscribe to our newsletter will receive a one-time 10% discount code for their first order.

Shipping and Delivery
Items are typically dispatched directly from our designers. If an order includes items from multiple designers, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs, lead times, and delivery methods vary depending on the product and delivery destination. Estimated dispatch times and applicable shipping fees are provided on each product page.

For deliveries to the EU from outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees will apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Further details can be found in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted or made-to-order nature of many items, noodmude does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact support@noodmude.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

Product Quality and Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of the products and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes, and colours may vary depending on device settings.

While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier or customs processes. noodmude is not responsible for such delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
