The Egress Sconce is a warm reminder of enjoyable dinner parties with friends or a special Friday night in, emanating a soft window of light in the evening. With an intriguing geometric form and simple tapered candle, Egress provides warmth wherever placed, providing an alternative to art or wall lighting. 

Over time the raw finish will naturally patina, becoming slightly darker. The hand finished nature of this object means the surface finish will vary, each piece containing its own unique variations.

Candle and base holder included with each purchase. Suitable for most taper candles. Required candle sizes (cm): D>2.1 × H< 25, fitting securely in the base holder.

Made of recyclable aluminium, Egress's product after-life is thoughtfully considered, being infinitely recyclable.

Care and Maintenance

  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth
  • If the surface comes into contact with water or other liquids, wipe clean and dry promptly to prevent spotting
  • Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners
  • To keep the piece clean, remove wax residue regularly
  • For easier cleaning, apply hot water to the base. The dried wax and base plate will release cleanly from the main sconce
